For many, this is because we are expending too much energy trying to earn approval instead of getting to know ourselves and expressing who we are. 

We all carry wounds from our past, and group work offers a safe container where you can receive validation, support, and the opportunity to tune into yourself. 

We're bombarded by relational and cultural pressure to be self-sacrificing, reasonable, and “good” (whatever that means!). Instead of conforming to someone else's definition of good, we need space and sisterhood to tune into our own heart-centered wisdom and embrace the magic in our everyday lives.
